What payment methods can I use?
Peekaboo Posies utilizes PayPal Payments. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to checkout. Through PayPal, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
If you are an Ohio resident, we’ll add 6.5% sales tax.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, of course. You are welcome to call Grandma Sue to chat about placing an order, a special order item, or ask grandmotherly advice. She may even share a recipe or two.
Do you have a Size Chart?
Please take a look at our size chart for more information. If you have any questions about a specific item, email us at info@peekabooposies.com we’ll be happy to help you take measurements.

We offer a few shipping methods. Refer to our Shipping page for detailed information.
What is your Return Policy?
Fabrics and styles are only available for a limited time. We do our best to keep our website updated and current. If by chance you order something that is no longer available, a full refund will be available to you. Once shipped and received, your order will only be valid for an exchange. Shipping charges can not be reimbursed or exchanged.
Grandma Sue is proud of her clothes and wants you to love them too. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange your unused and unworn item(s). Exchanges must be requested within 18 days of receipt.
How do I Exchange Something?
Please contact us at info@peekabooposies.com or call at (330) 348-6423 for a Return Authorization Number within 18 days from date of purchase. We will issue you a return number (RA Number) that needs to be placed on the outside of the shipping box. The items you are exchanging need to be received back within 10 days of receiving your RA number. Please include a copy of your sales receipt along with a brief explanation for the return, what you would like in its place, and ship the item(s) to the following address:

We will contact you upon receipt of the returned items and will be happy to exchange them. Please note, we cannot accept exchanges without the RA number on the outside of the box. Any personalized items, or items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Please make sure when returning your items that you use a traceable shipping method, as we can’t give you credit for items that we don’t receive back. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges.
